MV & LV installation
Ring main units, distribution transformers, busduct risers, cable containment and final circuits for new builds and retrofits.
We design, install, test and maintain the electrical systems behind towers, plants, hospitals and data centres. One accountable team from the 11 kV intake to the last socket outlet.
Every maintenance contract includes metering on your main LV panels. Our control room watches voltage, frequency, power factor and harmonics around the clock and dispatches a crew when a reading drifts.
Most outages trace back to a gap between trades. We hold the full chain in one contract: design, supply, installation, testing and the maintenance that follows.
MDB, SMDB and MCC panels built and type-tested to IEC 61439.

Site walk, load schedule review and existing-condition report within 72 hours.
Single-line diagrams, cable sizing, discrimination studies and authority drawings.
Certified crews, permit-to-work control and daily progress reports.
Witnessed testing, protection settings and full as-built documentation.
Planned maintenance, remote monitoring and a 24/7 emergency line.
Average arrival time last year was 45 minutes, with a fault-finding engineer and spares on the van.
We started in 2006 as a twelve-person fit-out crew. Today Nexaris is a 480-strong, MV-licensed contractor with its own panel factory, testing division and a 24/7 remote monitoring centre.
Electrical work is invisible when it is done well. Our clients notice us twice: when a project is handed over on time with complete documentation, and when something fails at 3 a.m. and we are already on the way.
Seventy-eight percent of our work comes from repeat clients, and most of our 340 active maintenance contracts started as a single installation project.
Permit-to-work on every job and 3.4 million hours without a lost-time injury.
A named project engineer who stays from survey to handover.
Every circuit tested, every result logged, every drawing as-built.
Twelve electricians and one van, doing fit-out work for commercial interiors.
Approved for 11 kV and 33 kV substations, ring main units and transformer installation.
A 4,000 m² facility assembling MDB, SMDB and MCC panels to IEC 61439.
Dedicated commissioning engineers with relay test sets, primary injection and thermal imaging.
Renewables team formed. 28 MWp of PV and 600 EV chargers installed since.
A 24/7 operations room watching more than 1,200 client panels in real time.
480 people across design, installation, testing and maintenance.
Every project has a chartered engineer accountable for design and a site manager accountable for safety.
Founded Nexaris in 2006 after 14 years in substation construction.
Chartered electrical engineer. Leads design and protection studies.
Runs site delivery for 40+ concurrent projects.
NEBOSH-certified. Owns the permit-to-work system.
Eight service lines delivered by our own engineers, under one contract and one warranty.
Ring main units, distribution transformers, busduct risers, cable containment and final circuits for new builds and retrofits.
MDB, SMDB, MCC and capacitor bank panels assembled in our own workshop and factory-tested before delivery.
Pre-energisation testing, protection relay setting and witness testing with consultants and the utility.
Annual maintenance contracts with quarterly inspections, thermographic surveys and a guaranteed response time.
Logging, harmonic analysis and power factor correction that cut utility penalties and extend equipment life.
UPS, standby generators, ATS and isolated power supplies for hospitals, data centres and control rooms.
Architectural and emergency lighting with DALI and KNX controls, integrated with the building management system.
Rooftop and carport PV with grid-tie approval, plus AC and DC charging hubs with dynamic load management.
Designs and installations follow international standards plus the local authority's wiring regulations for each site.
A hospital theatre, a cold store and a residential tower have very different failure costs. We design around yours.
A sample of recent work. Every project shown was delivered with full as-built drawings and a test pack.
“They energised a 4 MVA substation over a weekend shutdown and we opened on Monday as planned.”Facilities Director, 42-storey mixed-use tower
Send a few details and a project engineer will reply within one working day. For a live fault, call the emergency line.
For most fit-out and maintenance work we quote within three working days of the site survey. Large MV projects with design scope take one to two weeks.
Yes. We prepare and submit drawings, attend inspections and coordinate the utility connection and energisation.
Quarterly inspections, annual thermographic survey, breaker servicing, remote monitoring where fitted and a guaranteed 4-hour on-site response.
Yes. We plan shutdowns for nights and weekends and use temporary generators so hospitals, hotels and data halls stay running.
